• Severe pain (not responding to over the counter medication or wax)
• Trauma
• Swelling
• Bleeding

If you are in significant pain during our regular business hours please call the office. (Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm). If you are experiencing a major orthodontic emergency after hours resulting in severe discomfort that you are unable to manage at home, please fill out the form below and we will contact you as soon as possible.

A broken bracket, poking wire or loose retainer does not consist of a major emergency, please call our office during regular business hours to schedule an appointment . In addition,  you can find tips and videos on how to manage your orthodontic discomfort further down in this section. If you need more wax, we have some available in our mailboxes located just outside our office front doors.

Be sure to leave your name and phone number as well as a brief description of the problem and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. It is also possible to leave a voicemail after hours on our office phone number but voicemail is not checked as regularly.
