Title: Muscle Mass and Longevity

In the upcoming talk on muscle and metabolic health, we’ll explore how maintaining muscle mass is vital for overall well-being. Muscle acts as a “sink” for glucose, helping to control blood sugar levels and reduce insulin resistance, which is key to preventing metabolic disorders. Additionally, muscle plays a crucial role in supporting immune function, enhancing cognitive health, strengthening bones, and even aiding in appetite suppression. As we age, muscle health is critical to overall well-being and we will dive into strategies on how to improve and maintain your muscle health.
