Meet the Doctors

Dr. John

Following in his father’s footsteps, he pursued a career in orthodontics and obtained his degree in the field from Case Western Reserve University in 1996. Following graduation he continued at his Alma Mater teaching post graduate orthodontics for two years and is currently on staff at University of Toronto Graduate Department of Orthodontics.

He is a current member and past president of the Burlington Dental Academy. He is also a member and past president of the Toronto Orthodontic Club. Dr. John’s other professional memberships include the Ontario Dental Association, Ontario Association of Orthodontists, Canadian Association of Orthodontists and the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. John is very proud to live and work in Burlington. He holds a few local charities close to his heart, especially the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital Foundation, where he spent three years serving on the board of directors.

He and his wife, Jennifer, are proud parents of three sons, Leo, Holden and Harrison. When not practicing orthodontics, Dr. John enjoys skiing and golf.

Dr. Ray

Dr. Ray Bozek received his orthodontic degree from the University of Toronto. He has been practicing orthodontics in the Burlington community since 1968.

A past president of the Great Lakes Association of Orthodontists, Dr. Ray taught postgraduate orthodontics at the University of Toronto for more than 30 years. He has lectured on the SPEED appliance in North America, Europe and South Africa.

Dr. Ray is a member of the Burlington Dental Academy, Ontario Association of Orthodontists, Canadian Association of Orthodontists and the American Association of Orthodontists.

He married his high school sweetheart in 1963. They have three children, sons Michael and John and a daughter, Ann. When not straightening teeth, Dr. Ray enjoys golf and skiing.
